The view and pool were just amazing! We loved having our own terrace equipped with a hammock, chairs and a little salon table. This gave us some extra privacy when we wanted to have a glass of wine at our room.

Great location. Immaculately clean. We had a family room as we wanted twin beds, which are generally not popular in Italy. Huge room, stunning view and daily towel and bed linen changes. Such lovely, warm and friendly people.
Santino and Aphrodite did everything to make our stay so relaxed and happy. Thank you 🙏🏼!

Salina is one of the most beautiful Aeolian Islands.
Salina is one of the most beautiful Aeolian Islands. It is well reputed for Malvasia wine and capers. The scenery is fantastic and the island offers good possibilities for a nice holiday.
There are good walking opportunities, a reliable bus service, great cafes and restaurants and some nice shops.

It’s simply wonderful - just the right balance of leisure, shops, restaurants, not too overcrowded (early September) so strolling around is very pleasant. Lots of trips and activities, friendly people. This is my second visit and I would highly recommend it

Beautiful town on the island of Salina.
Beautiful town on the island of Salina. We wished we planned our holiday so that we had a lot longer on this island. The pace of life is much more laid back in comparison to the main land of Sicily. It’s an ideal spot to base yourself if you want to explore the other islands too. We rented a scooter one day and explored the island - it was one of the best things we did in our whole holiday - it would be worth renting one for you whole stay. There are lots of lovely restaurants all around the island and lots of lovely spots to explore too.

The location was excellent, a short walk from the port and the main part of the town for restaurants and shopping in a quiet location. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast every morning was excellent (the freshly baked apple cake was so delicious!), and the host family and staff were all really helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again (for longer and in a room with a terrace next time) and will happily recommend this property to any of our family and friends who visit Santa Marina Salina in the future.
Manuela communicated excellently before I arrived and picked me up at the ferry. She provided an excellent breakfast, great recommendations, and a comforting stay. her property is beautiful and it far surpassed my expectations. any rating below a 10 is surely misplaced because the other guests I spoke with felt the same way as I did. I will recommend my friends to come to Salina to specifically stay with Manuela for a minimum of 4 nights to truly unwind and enjoy this magical island and B&B. thank you for everything!!!!
This was a wonderful place. We had a very nice room with a little balcony and a panoramic view of the sea, Stromboli and Panarea. It was immaculate. There are several terraces. You can always find sun or shade. The delicious breakfast was served in a room with a view in all directions. The hotel has a great location on the edge of town. Completely quiet except for the sounds of the sea but an easy 10 minute walk along the water from the ferry. The host was very friendly and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer.
A lovely, intimate hotel at the quiet end of the main street. The room was spacious and had a nice view out to Lipari. Comfy bed. The public areas were stylishly decorated. Breakfast was fabulous and they also had a deli which at night became a restaurant. Great food (their house-made multi-grain bread is delicious), wine and service. The thing that sets it apart is the staff. They were all wonderful - the right combination of professional and friendly and welcoming. Diego and Adriana in particular were great.
Lovely hotel situated above the beach. The premises are tastefully furnished with beautiful places to sit and overlook the sea. The location of the hotel is excellent - not too far from the ferry and near the pedestrian area with shops an restaurants. The owner Angela was very friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of information about Salina, for example very good hiking maps. We had a great time and hope to come back one day.
I Cinque Balconi is Ideally located within walking distance from the Porto Santa Marina. Rustic and clean room facing the ocean. We also picked lemons and mandarine from their garden! Shops all within walking distance. Hiked to Monte Fosse. Absolutely beautiful. The owner Johnny, along with his brother Massimo and staff member Diego, greeted us with open arms. 100% classy people! I highly recommend this property!
Salina is a wonderful island and this was the perfect base to explore it from (very convenient to get to from the port after arriving by ferry). We loved the elegant and eclectic style of the hotel (particularly the restored tiles) and having breakfast in the garden. We also had a meal at the restaurant downstairs and would highly recommend it.
Lovely simple room with a great view close to the pedestrian street in Santa Maria de Salina. Easy parking on the street for our scooter and stone beach nearby. The best part was the host Angela, such a lovely woman. She had a way of explaining things in Italian so I could understand even though I don’t speak the language:)
Andrea as responsible for the Da Franco was great. Always willing to help. Walked the extra mile.
Good cook. Unfortunately the Da Franco restaurant was closed. End of Season, but I'm sure that the food being reserved is great.
Great view from the balcony on the sea and Lipari. Salina is a great island to visit.
A beautiful spot in the middle of Santa Marina with only 2 rooms. Martina and her mother are really friendly and have a lot of tips about what to do in Salina. The breakfast was amazing with most of the fruit, vegetables and eggs grown by the same family. We would definitely book this B&B again!
Martina and her folks are wonderful hosts and we felt like royalty here. The property combines traditional charm with all modern amenities. Can't say enough about the home made breakfast or the amazing rooftop terrace.
Might just be the best place on Salina.
The hotel is full of traditional charm and has been decorated authentically. The location is great, situated on a beautiful and quiet high street.
Breakfast is served in a quaint and peaceful garden with nice lounge music.
We loved the traditional aeolian architecture of the hotel, as well as the freshly repainted interior in the typical bright light blue. The bohemian style of the hotel was lovely. We also enjoyed waking to the ocean view.
A nice and cosy hotel. The personal was very kind and helpfull. Nice rooms with a relatively large balconies, clean pool with a good view, good location with silence all day and a lively street down the hill.
Amazing hotel that made our stay unforgettable !!
Very nice room, relaxing terrace with seaview… and Dario is the kindest host, very reactive, and giving tips to make sure you take the most of Salina !
