I like food and sweets market for fresh fruit fish and veg. Very good prices. Unfortunately not enough shoe shops or boutiques. Some people can be rude the minute you open your mouth That you were born in Italy but live in another country .

Best time to go is the third weekend in May where they have the Festa di la Madonna di Soccorso. This is a quintessential Italian celebration of the patron saints of San Severo. Lots of beautiful ceremonies, processions, night markets and so much more.

Everything is within a 10min walk in town, as San Severo is quite small. Free street parking outside was never an issue. A kitchen and a terrace was next to our room.
