Les instal·lacions estan renovades, però han volgut mantenir cert ambient antic amb el mobiliari. Habitació correcta i molt tranquil·la. Bany complet amb amenities. Tot molt net. La calefacció s'agraeix a l'hivern. Tenen restaurant on es poden degustar les especilitats de la zona. Els propietaris són molt agradables. M'agradaria poder tornar-hi en època d'estiu per gaudir del sopar al pati. L'allotjament està enmig de la Vall d'Ascia i molt aprop de l'Abbazia di Monte Oliveto.
