Very nice small island with pleasant walks. The short boat trip to San Nicola was enjoyable though there monastery/castle there were pretty much ruined and indoor condition. We went very early in the season which meant the islands were nice an quit - we'd not have wanted to be there in July and August (thought we did have quite a few noisy school trips). Very few people spoke English, but the one or two that did were helpful, and very few signs/tourist info boards were in English.
We were unlucky with the weather and there's not much to do in the rain. Fortunately we had enough sunny spells to get out and about. Local bars and restaurants were good. The two beaches are small and I imagine very full in the summer. Looked like there are plenty of opportunities to hire boats, paddle boards etc.
For an out of season break three or at most four nights would be good.
Lovely Hotel not far from the port and the only sandy beach on San Domino. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the receptionists. The hotel shuttle to the ferry port was great to have. Less then 10min walking to a variety of restaurants.
Very quiet and peaceful. Having the pool was an added bonus. Breakfast Buffet was OK and the made to order coffee was exceptional
It is a very nice cottage on top of San Domino. It is well equipped to enjoy island life. One can walk to the village with a typical alimentari/baker, restaurants and bars in 10 minutes. It is a nice walk and from the veranda of the cottage you can see the Adria. Paola is a very nice and helpful person, it is a nice place to enjoy the Tremiti islands.
We had some nice days in this B & Breakfast in San Domino. Angelo was a helpful and friendly host. We enjoyed breakfast at his bar near the accomodation. Isola tremiti is a wonderfull place to relaxe and have nice holidays. We can recommend this Hotel and eventually come back.
It is a nicely-run hotel with very friendly staff. They offer a shuttle service to the port or the village. And they take serious precautions relating to COVID. The location is very good, next to the heliport and ten minutes walk from both the port and the village.
Hotel Eden is located in an excellent position above the port and short walk to a beautiful small cove /beach great for swimming. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, very help full. The breakfast was great and the service was outstanding.
Great hotel in a green area, a forest (pineta), but at 5 min from the village and from the coast and walikng paths. The owners are friendly and helpful, but not envasive. Great place
The location in San Domino Village was great. The room was very nice - clean, well-equipped and with a good balcony with table, chairs and deckchairs. Staff were friendly.
Great breakfast, pleasant staff, lovely pool area with music at night. Great holiday vibe around the hotel. Good place to stay while exploring beautiful Tremiti islands.
Excellent staff from the front desk to the waiters. Very gracious and friendly. Hotel is perfectly situated on the island. It was a perfect attention to details!
