The b&b is located in the outskirts of the town of Recco. It is very well connected by train to Genova (the train station is around 1.5 kms far) and there is a bus stop connecting directly to Genova in front of the b&b. The location is nice and is a 3 min. walk to the panoramic walking road in front of the sea. The best of the b&b are the hosts that treat you not like a guest but as a friend. I strongly advise this place and look forward for coming back!
Our room was absolutely beautiful with a wooden floor, a modern bathroom, and a view on the entire city of Recco and the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. The bed was excelent and even if the room was not that big, it was very welcoming. You can always go and serve yourself a some prosecco, wine or sodas in the kitchen (at extra cost of course) We were remarkably welcomed and served by the owner,
The breakfast on the terrace was great. Always something special.
Gorgeous historic Villa beautifully renovated untill the last detail.
Fantastic shady garden where we took the breakfast, definitaly the best we ever had in Italy.
On top of that the owners are so kind, helpful, very friendly and all they do it is made with passion and the highest hospitallity.
Great family atmosphere. We have found our second home for oue next trips on Ligurian coast.

Very tasty breakfast.
The hotel is linked to a restaurant which seems very good (unfortunately we did not manage to try it).
By walk, not far from beach (I do not recommend it as it was dirty) and train station which allows to go easily to Cinque Terre, Portofino or Genova).
Possibility to have free parking not far from the property but limited number of spots.
Location is good for Recco, some minutes walk to center and beach. Good shower.
The flat itself was is ok, unfortunatelly it was not very clean (some dirt seemed to be there quite a while, so not only issue because we booked on short notice; after we left we saw it was getting cleaned more thouroughly).
Lavazza coffee maschine with coffee capsuls available.
Property was well kept, clean and very relaxing .The scenery was exceptional! Our home made breakfasts were served by the host Valter who was very personable and accommodating. He shared some history about Recco and Genoa and was very helpful with tips, beaches to see, attractions etc. I would highly recommend this property for couples and young adults.
Pro:
- Nice building
- Great stuff
- Great location
Contra:
- The breakfast was not served in the great restaurant. The hotel has its own room for having the breakfast. The breakfast itself was really disappointing. Cold eggs, no hams.
- Misleading pictures were uploaded the booking. There was no carpets in our room at all.
Very welcoming and friendly. Emilia was extremely helpful, collecting us from Recco (via supermarket) as we were on foot. Garden salads and fruits were provided gratis. It was easy to get the hourly bus, or to walk to Recco on the old path. Garden and terrace areas really nice. Local bus to Genova €3
Fabulous place to stay and base there to go around Liguria we stayed five days and it was fabulous
Great buffet and fabulous breakfast
Great personnel specially the Hotel manager Mister Andrea great customer service and always available to help and assist
Fabulous stay fully recommended
Really liked the bedroom, it was spacious and furnished with taste. The restaurant experience was great (famous for focaccia di Recco, but everything was excellent), warm athmosphere, friendly staff, possibility to park for free. Very good value for money.
Anna was a lovely lady who picked us up from the train station as it is steep and hard to negotiate with bags.
But it was worth it for the view and the facilities.
The walk down to Recco & back was good without bags.
Enjoyable stay.
The apartment was totally okay for a few days.
You could take a little walk from 10-15 minutes to the city center of recco or you could reach other famous beaches and city’s by car pretty fast.
Nice hotel in a typical old traditional building. Perfect for a one night stopover on our roadtrip. Room was clean and comfortable, if slightly dated. We didn't have breakfast. Good parking.
Wide apartment just few minutes walk from Recco center .
Complete of all needing facilities for kitchen and with small children amenities (table chair and crib).
