This is a two-star hotel, so you won't find an in-room safe or bathrobes and slippers or a coffee-maker. That said, it's very clean and extremely well-located in down-town Pozzallo, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. It offers a good basic breakfast, excellent A/C and good internet. Above all, though, we can't speak too highly of the owner, Enrico and his lovely wife Ginetta. They ordered a taxi to wait for us at the ferry-port, a driver to get us to the wonderful town of Noto, advice on where to eat and a taxi back to the ferry at the end of our stay. They were there for us when we checked in outside their normal hours. They were extremely friendly and congenial people, never too busy to help or just chat.
Welcome Home!!! offers accommodations in Pozzallo, 18 miles from Cattedrale di Noto and 19 miles from Vendicari Natural Reserve.

This was a very clean and very well appointed apartment a short walk from central Pozzallo. Parking is street parking, but we never had a problem finding a space very close. We could make our own coffee, and they left bottled water for us to drink. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked well.

We stayed several nights and found the room to be a great size and the location very handy. Everything felt new and clean. The bed was large and the bunk bed was good for our son. Bathroom was ok, but would benefit from some storage or a shelf. The air conditioner worked well and the mini fridge was welcome to keep drinks cool. We had a balcony and it was useful to hang out towels etc after a day a the beach. Breakfast was at Woody Cafe which is about 4mins walk along a busy street. We found that if we walked one street over, Via Galileo Galilei, it was much more pleasant. The breakfast itself was amazing! Coffee and a choice of one of their baked goods--cornetti alla crema etc Overall, we had a lovely stay, thank you!

A quaint seaside town - very clean and with great food both to buy and cook or dine out. The town center is vibrant and has a really good feel. We stumbled across Pozzallo taking the ferry across to Malta - what a gem !

Pozzallo is the closest Sicilian port to the island of Malta. It is an obvious place to break one's journey from Malta by sea, by spending at least one night in Pozzallo and continuing on one's travels the next day (or days).
Pozzallo is a good place to relax and enjoy the beaches (in summer) and long walks (in winter).

Pozzallo is great as a stepping stone, to rest a bit and move on. We've always found the locals to be very friendly, and the food good.
The beaches are nice, and fantastic for the children, but apart from that there isn't much to do.

Pozzallo is a beautiful little beach town at the southern tip of Sicily. The beach water is clear and beautiful! Many people don't speak English there, so make sure to bring your translator app. I would also recommend a trip to the best gelato place in town, L'Artigianale. They have a huge selection of amazing flavors, and so cheap!

Very relaxed and some lovely bars and restaurants on the beach.
Beautiful clean beaches for miles with refreshing showers
Gustos bar and ice cream/coffee bar next door very good
Very few shops
Not much to do at night for 20-30 year olds
The room was spotless clean, very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was really good, bacon was cooked crispy, perfect. The croissants light and delicious, everything was excellent. The hosts were very welcoming such nice people and very helpful. Many restaurants in walking distance, there's a great pizzeria just 8mins away by walk, close to pozzallo port. Will recommend this excellent hotel and definitely come back again. Thanks for your courtesy 😊😊
We stayed three days at Torre Dantona as a part of a one-week trip around the East Coast of Sicily. The property was beyond beautiful and exactly the italian family farm vibe we were looking for. Rooms were pleasant and clean. There are only 12 rooms at the farm and we had ours right next to the pool in very relaxing surroundings.
Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was fine (also many different types of cake - if you’re into that ;-))
Very modern and clean hotel. Staff was multilingual and very accommodating. We had an early ferry before breakfast so they put together takeaway bags for us. The leak in the morning made coffee for us out the door. Lots of plug ins.
Parking in front of hotel. Drying racks in the room that you can put out on the balcony, if you need to dry things out. This was an oasis on a trip filled with some old funky places.
Its exactly as shown. The room was pretty and light. The balcony large. The road outside quiet and the view great. The downstairs reception area very cleverly transformed in the morning into a very pleasant breakfast area where a good breakfast was laid out. Plenty of nearby eating places and just 15 minutes walk to ferry port for Malta. Loved the secret place for keys - made it feel all very relaxed.
good location when you are taking ferry from/to Malta - ferry port is ~20 minutes away by walk and there are restaurants options along the way
Bus and Train station for travel to Catania or around other towns are also witihin walkable distance from the hotel
Host prepared delicious breakfast in the morning!

Excellent location, close to the city center and the beach. Close to all beauties of S-E Sicily, including the famous baroque cities Ragusa, Modica and Noto. Cristina is a wonderful host, the rooms were very clean and the neighbourhood very quiet during the night. I would definitely recommend!
Owners are very nice and kind people. I got in trouble during my transit thru Sicily and Pozzallo so the people from the hotel greeted and helped me a lot to finish what I need during this disastrous Covid situation. I STRONGLY recommend this accommodation.
The rooms were great. Plenty of space and very clean. The location was amazing with immediate access to the beach. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. The communication and service from the staff was excellent. The checkin was simple and easy.
Very easy communication with the staff.
We stayed here only night before leaving for Malta.
The room was impeccable and not far from the port.
It was a short walk to the restaurants.
Thank you. We might come back on our return to Sicily!
Beautiful apartment and location, close to the beach. Great place to relax and explore the surroundings (eg Pozzallo, Marzamemi etc). Staff was very helpful, I would definitely come back!
Easy to find inside Pozzallo. Super clean place and amenities. Owner easy to reach on the phone to get the keys and enter. In the end the place fully corresponds to its description
Stayed at this hotel after a ferry trip from Valetta. Ferry time was changed and we arrived early, but the hotel staff were very helpful and we were soon in our room..
