Location is good if you want to be close to San Theodora and Porto Ottiolu. There are two bicycles in very good condition for the visitors, which I found it very nice. It is good for a small family or couples with no kids. Although we couldn’t find the time to use it, their gift for “apperetivo” was quite nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.ONURGermany

Considering we went in September the cost was extremely high. The property is well-maintained considering we arrived at the end of the season and that hoards of people had been in it during the peak season. The property was very clean- the cleaning lady did a marvelous job. The property is about 5-600 meters from the main beach of Porto Ottiolu.

Quite newly renovated apartment and A/C on both floors worked fine. Big storage room next to sleeping room was good for organising clothes etc. Nice bath/showerroom.
