Nice beaches, plenty of fast food vendors, or dine-in restaurants if you prefer. Beaches were very clean, and locals very helpful. Prices were very reasonable too, with local shops providing local produce. For a real treat, try Cosimino Restaurant on Via Cosimo Albano; you can book a table overlooking the sea - its great food, and a fabulous atmosphere.
It was not a noisy resort, in fact, we thought it was quiet, however, on weekends there was live music after dark.
If you are planning a stay, Porto Cesareo is the perfect place to unwind and capture some Italian sunshine.

We stayed Agriculture B&B Casa Liliana and it was a very lovely place to relax with fantastic owners Lorenzo and Liliana. A great breakfast and a very nice service to compensate the lack of dinner facilities because of low season.👍👍

We didn't really visit the town as we were on our way to Taranto. The owner told us that it is a summer holiday resort and that the season had not started yet, so nothing really to see or do. We are only end of March.

The city after season is empty and quiet. Walking beach promenada to the center of the small town is nice. Restaurants offer is very good. Who likes pizza can get one in self service restaurant - but don't worry - the taste was extra!

To get to the nearest beach from the hotel takes 20-35 min.
To get to the nearest beach from the hotel takes 20-35 min. Parking is expensive and we got a ticket for 30 euros just to unload the car. Hard to find the hotels as most of the people are tourists and signs are not visible. The hotel is centrally located with beautiful view, but you can’t swim as the view is a port and you have to drive to the nearest beach. Plenty of places to eat with variety of different menus. We enjoyed our stay but next time will stay at Gallipulli.
It was one of the best B&B we had during our trip in Puglia. Very clean and spacious rooms, nice veranda to enjoy your breakfast. Julia is very passionate about managing the B&B, she is very attentive and prepares delicious breakfasts. She even gave us lunch on the first day as she knew we will go to the beach the whole day. Location is 10 min walking to the center where you find nice restaurants for dinner. Bed is confy and very nice pillows. For sure we will stay again in this B&B. Great value for your money. Highly recommend.
The pool area and outdoor seating is amazing. Views across olive groves. Complete tranquility. Small well stocked bar for drinks by pool. Rooms had good air conditioning, daily fresh white towels, good linen sheets. Despite us speaking little Italian staff were extremely helpful and understood our requests. Lovely relaxing atmosphere, great for visiting local towns and amazing beaches by car. I would highly recommend this property and will stay again when in Puglia
All the great reviews I read about Villa Nausica and the owner Cosimo are true. He is hospitable, genuine, and friendly. My parents and I stayed for 5 nights. The house was very clean, the AC was a plus, and great internet connection.
The location is great close to town, Torre Lapillo, but away from crowds. The beach, sea, and close access were wonderful.
Thank you, Cosimo. Hope to return eith rest of my family.
The location steps away from a small beach, the warm welcome, and friendly gestures (from a breakfast treat to dinner recommendations) were much appreciated. The place had everything one could need - a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good shower, and a lovely outdoor spot for morning coffee - and was only made better for how kind and helpful the hosts were. A great stay, would definitely return.

Cleanliness was out of this world!
Nice, bright, huge, clean, amazing rooms!
The set up of this big house with the couple receiving us make it feel like it is home!
The wood decor all over the place is magnificent!
Short drive to the best beaches I’ve been in Europe… staff give you tips about everything!
Definitely a place to come again!
Bathroom was also a plus!
This property has 2 bedrooms located on 2 different floors with separate bathrooms. There is a nice kitchen area with a beautiful seaside design- you can see lots of attention to the details. You can also find anything you need for a beach - sunbeds, umbrellas. Place is located close to the beach and walking distance to nice restaurants.
First, location is very convenient.. close to the town center and the port area!
Second, beautiful and comfortable room that has everything…Very good breakfast too!
Finally, amazing and hospitable staff that made our stay very enjoyable! From helping with booking beaches and restaurants, to advising about places to visit
Stopped here for 2 nights to rest up on our 3 week vacation in Puglia. Couldn't have made a better choice. Comfy beds. Large rooms. Relaxing atmosphere. Very quiet. Located near beaches yet still in the countryside. Nice breakfast. Large bathrooms. Restaurant on site for dinner. Great value.
Great stay overall!!! Cleaning and restaurant staff always with a smile on the face. Valeria at the swimming pool is very kind and really does a great job. Antonio at the front desk gave us very good hints on beaches to go, as well as restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
Perfect location easy walk to beaches restaurants, bars etc. The room was spotless it looked brand new. Bed and pillows were incredible. Hosts were amazing so friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast and coffee each morning. If you are going to Porto Cesareo definitely stay here.
Very good sweet breakfast with homemade cakes and jams. The room was clean, spacious and brand new. Good location for visiting nearby beaches. We asked the owners where to have a dinner and ate really well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.
Hotel very close to the beach with own lido, hotel with rooftop pool overlooking the ocean, amazing restaurant „Aqua“ where we ate dinners with absolutely delicious menu & food (would rate it 1-star Michelin)
The room was spacious and airy, the bathroom fully renovated with a nice large shower, and we were walking distance from the center and a nice public beach. Lovely rooftop terrace.
