The setting is absolutely beautiful. The accommodation was extremely clean and hosts very welcoming. Louise and Frede went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed including transport for a wedding we were attending. The food that we had was delicious. We hope to be back to do a cooking course.

This totally exceeded our expectations! The building is beautiful, rooms are spacious and the decor is stunning. Ciara is the most exceptional host. Always available to answer questions and give advice on what to see and where to eat. The breakfast is fabulous. The rooftop terrace is the most beautiful place to enjoy the stunning view. This was by far our favourite accommodation of our month in Italy ❤️

We loved our apartment; perfect for people who value privacy, a short walk away from the beautiful spa and hotel where the food is incredible and the stuff is super nice and helpful.

We were there for a family wedding at a local castle, had we not we probably would have never heard of this area and that is a shame as it had so much to offer. With the wedding taking up three days we loved it but we really didn’t have the time to see and appreciate this beautiful place and could have done with another week to see the area. A car though is a definite if you want to explore but if you just want a week in the sun doing nothing and lounging and going nowhere then you possibly could get away with transfers and taxis but personally I’d still recommend having a car. We used a local taxi guy arranged from our hosts the first time and then he gave us a direct line and we used him for the entire trip. He was very reasonable and excellent service.
There are some excellent local pizzerias in the area but it is quiet and small so whilst choices of place to go and eat out are limited in the immediate area, what there is is fab and we went fully self catering so also ate at home using the excellent amenities and enjoying our home and views. The house we rented had a kids park and pool so lots to keep the kids entertained but there was Horse riding, bikes, local waterfalls, rock climbing and various other outdoor activities available to do and lots of lovely other cities round about to visit too for history, churches, ruins and a change of scenery.
Whilst attending a wedding at Castello di Montignano, I enjoyed a perfect stay at B&B Rossopeperonico.
It has great facilities with a traditional, homely feel. The pool is extremely relaxing and it was lovely to enjoy whilst the sun was out.
Despite the fact I don’t speak Italian, Claudio & Daniela were really helpful and provided me with refreshing drinks & delicious home-cooked pasta.
I had a delightful, relaxing break and I would highly recommend it.
Loved the pool - incredibly refreshing in the mornings and after a day of adventuring. The accommodation had lots of space and kitchen was adequately appointed. Had 3 beds, which was very important to us. Massa Martana was 3 min car, 8-10 min walk from house. Todi, Assisi and Civita de Bagnoregio were all less than 60 mins by car.
The superb breakfast here was a great way to start our day with homemade jam and cakes in the wonderful dining room. The rooms were large and warm despite the weather outside and the location was perfect for those looking to get away from everything and explore the countryside or take a break from your travels and just chill out.
