Everything was very comfortable. Set in a quiet rural position. We were warmly welcomed, the staff were super efficient, always ready to help and very friendly. The chef is excellent! We had some of the best meals in Puglia in the restaurant there. The most delicious omelettes for breakfast.
Villa San Martino is an elegant establishment, surrounded by a beautiful green park, just outside the Baroque city of Martina Franca. Get ready for a pleasant, relaxing Apulian holiday.

The stuff were extremely kind, warm and helpful. Alexandro is one of a kind. The entire estate and gardens are beautiful. The room is clean with very hot shower. Breakfast is great as well.

A simple clean room in the country with beautiful surroundings, five - ten minutes to Alberobello and Locorotondo by car. The owners and -especially- Angelo are very friendly and ready to help in everything. Thank you Angelo!!!

The most convenient airport for both domestic and international travellers is Bari Karol Wojtyla Airport, due to its extensive flight connections. It's approximately 90km from Martina Franca.

Martina Franc combines beauty and cleanliness with many of the services of a large city. The restaurants are very good. The cafes on the square are a great place to enjoy coffee and pastry while people watching. The people are friendly and helpful. My Italian is not good but if the person I was speaking to didn't understand me they found someone that did speak English.

Martina Franca is a charming town, not overly touristed, with many restaurants and bars. We especially like Muscato Bar for our morning coffee and cornetto and also for afternoon apertivi; Culo e Camicia makes fantastic pizza; fried pizza appetizer, and any pasta with with the homemade tomato sauce at Ristorante Garibaldi is THE BEST! The people of Martina Franca are friendly; many speak some English. It is a great base for exploring Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Taranto, and Grotto di Castellana.

I loved how clean it was and the secured parking and how close it was to old town Martina Franca. I also liked that it was a Trulli home . The host helped me so much in planning my travels while driving.

Martina Franca is a beautiful town, probably a little overlooked by a lot of visitors because of its close proximity to Locorotondo, Aberobello and Cisternino, though it also offers a great base to visit them from. The town has some fantastic architecture along its streets, particularly in the old town and the piazzas are great locations for admiring the buildings and a bit of relaxation. There are lots of restaurants to choose from and with less tourists around you can really immerse yourself in the Italian culture and way of life.

Martina Franca is an understated and not always well explored city, but worth a lot if consideration as a place to explore the region, it is a magical Baroque small city, divided into old and new ,and both worth time , esp the old section , beautiful squares, a magnificent Cathedral, where if you are lucky you my see a typical and exciting Italian wedding taking place any day of the week , so many restaurants, of all manner of food, amazing valley views of the Valle of idris and proximity to many well known and much visited villages such a Alberbello
Don’t miss this beautiful place , stay afew dys and be surprised

Not too small, not too big.
Not too small, not too big. It has enough restaurants and caffees to offer great variety of options and fun for a week or so, but the owners still have to care because the influx of tourists isn't unlimited.
The Tripoli caffee nearby, has an amazing ice creams, fragola and melon tastes are worth a million.
Famous Alberobello is only near 15 or-so kilometers away.
The location was perfect for visiting other parts of Puglia. The building and annex are very pretty and the grounds are nice, but the thing we liked most were the people. All of the staff were helpful, friendly and professional and really wanted us to enjoy our stay.
We enjoyed the wine tasting at the Trulli ‘Nino’ and especial thank you to Tania who really made our stay.
Other facilities- The spa area is very nice and I had a Californian massage that was lovely and the gym was pretty well equipped.
Where do we even begin! Everything exceeded our expectations - we were first time travellers to Puglia and didn't know what to expect. But Leonardo and Marina were the most welcoming, knowledgable, generous and entertaining hosts full of recommendations for sights and restaurants. The room we stayed in was perfect, gorgeously decorated with Marina's antiques and local art. The pool is perfect for the afternoon and they know how to start your day right with a delicious breakfast too!
Tranquil and relaxing, Yours Trulli is somewhere you can unwind after exploring all that Puglia has to offer. Jeroen and Nicole are full of great tips of things to see, do and eat - they made it feel like we were staying with friends. Our room was beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was the prefect way to start the day. Highly recommended as the perfect base to relax or explore the region.
This is an oasis of peace and beauty with an exceptional host. The location between Martina Franca and Locorotondo is perfect for exploring those towns as well as Alberobello, Monopoli, and a day on the beach. Don't worry about finding good restaurants -- come back after a day of exploring and let Giovanella prepare you dinner on the patio -- one of the most delicious experiences I've had in over 20 years of traveling in Italy.
To stay in a Trullo is an experience on it's own. The place is really beautiful, nested within vineyards, just a short drive away from Locorotondo, Martina Franca or Arbelobello. The Trullo was fully equipped with kitchen, refrigerator and kitchen accessories. The breakfast was also very delicious.
The wine tasting, which needs to be booked separately was a real highlight!
The owners and staff are absolutely friendly.
Silvia was an absolute fantastic host! We had the best breakfast (it was huge) and especially all the local products and her baked eggs were fantastic! The room is great, clean and spacious and the garden was great for completely relaxing and enjoying the great view on Locorotondo. The location is perfect for exploring Martina Franca and there is more than enough space for a car. All in all; next time we will be back!!
The location was perfect , just in city center near all restaurants and coffe shops. Cleanliness was at the best. Beds and pillows were good, offering a nice sleep! It was a whole spacius house including a nice terrace to have dinner/pizza or just a glass of wine. The ownner Giuseppe, was extremly friendly helping with orientation around the city and even solving some problems we met with our car!
would come again!
If you are looking for real Puglia experience, there you go :)
Very nice flat in old building, so you need to understand some of it's features, but everything was there.
Inside you could feel the real atmosphere of the place!
Close to the city center (you can see it from the balcony), spacious living room, kitchen small but with everything you need.
Small grocery downstairs, all places with walking distance.
Beautiful surrounding, we loved being alone! It was very quiet and calm, just nature. Very close to Martina Franca (which is also a very beautiful city), and a good starting point for exploring the Puglia region. The trullo was very nice and clean. The pool was great. We love the wild cats too. Only one thing is missing: wine opener-beer opener.
The best place in all of our trip to Italy. Because of the host! He welcomed us very warmly and showed around his property and was very helpful.
There is a bio fruit garden around the house and it is a very quite and relaxing environment.
The house was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed.
The location is a ideal home base for discovering the Puglia region. We used Paola's recommendations for visiting locations in the area. Staying in a trulli was a wonderful experience and we appreciate Paola and her family for sharing the home with us.
Very nice and large rooms with private bathroom. Big open space living room and kitchen and big outdoor patio. Comfortable for groups or large families. Good privacy but very close to Martina Franca centre.
It’s gorgeous setting, the location is great, close to all that Puglia has to offer for day trips here and there, yet you feel you are part of the Italian countryside, living among the olive trees.
Property was beautiful, nicely designed in typical Puglia style, very cozy. Our host Memo was amazing, went extra mile for us and made our stay so much more enjoyable.
