트롤리집들이 있는 곳과 가깝고, 메인 광장, 기차역, 버스 타는 곳 모두 도보로도 가까운 매우 좋은 위치. 여자 혼자서도 무섭지 않은 위치임. 커다란 창문과 발코니 있고, 깨끗하고 직원들이 유쾌하고 친절함. 스크램블에그, 수제요거트 등이 있는 조식도 좋았음. 특히 호텔에서 같이 운영하는 지하 1층 식당은 이태리여행 한 달 동안 방문한 식당중 제일 입맛에 맞았다. 짜지 않게 해달라는 말 안했는데 전혀 짜지 않아 좋았고, 야채도 적당히 익혀 아삭함이 살아있고, 돼지고기롤도 맛있었다. 식전 빵까지도 맛있었음.
