The room was comfortable and i liked the neat bedding and washroom. And definitely the bus stop outside the hotel's exit door. Breakfast was quite good with the variety of fruits but instead of just sweets and cake varieties, there should be the bread slices and eggs as well.

A fab weeks break. Glorious location. A small (30 bed) dog friendly hotel perched on a hill overlooking beautiful countryside, on the outskirts of an historic hamlet (Germanno) with winding lanes, hills, farmland, olive groves and onto the sea. Easy to find, super facilities, great breakfast, nice linens and towels and nothing was too much trouble. Supper available if you want and even light lunches. Pool was great - just us in it (Sept). Hiking nearby, lots to see and do in the vicinity from Urbino a drive away, San Marino, to caves nearby as well as some markets in adjacent villages. We had a great time and thank you Arianna it was lovely to meet you and your super helpful team. (Next time maybe a car with a bigger engine for the hills!!!)

Really beautiful location in countryside near Urbino. I didn't eat the dinner not being hungry but the breakfast was good and the dining-room very pretty. If you want you can eat outside with a lovely view, at least you can take your breakfast outside.

It is placed in one of the most beautiful valley do not just drive there stop before and walk out the car. The host are nice and the building is an 800 year old building that have been greatly restored with respect for the type of building it is. A sligt warning the signal is very bad inside so if your plan is to go here to work don't if your plan is here to see an undisturbed part of Italy then go.
