Arrived around 1030pm just to take a 4hr nap (as my flight was leaving 6am). Talked on the phone about the reservation and they gave me clear instructions for the bus transfer, which I took for 7€ (Uber was 50€ for a couple of miles).
Excellent service, nice employees.
Even though the kitchen was closed when I arrived, they managed to prepare some very good cacio e pepe.
They woke me up by phone call (as arranged) around 3am and kindly gave me a cup of coffee while the taxi punctually arrived to take me back to the airport.
Comfortable and sparkling clean hotel.

Fiumicino is best known for its access to the Eternal City through Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport. Despite this recent claim to fame, Fiumicino includes several archaeological sites around the ancient harbors of Ostia and Portus. It's also an important fishing center and summer resort, especially along the beaches and coves of Isola Sacra.
Hosting the busiest airport in Italy and the sixth busiest in Europe, the town has grown in a series of services that fit with these suburban functions. Examples are the Fiera di Roma conference center, or the Parco Leonardo recreation center.
The town of Fiumicino is 20 miles from central Rome, while Da Vinci Airport is 19 miles away from the Italian capital. The remains of Ostia Antica are less than 6 miles away.
Like many airports in the world, you can find hotels in Fiumicino Airport directly on its premises, providing effortless access to your flights.
Since most Fiumicino hotels are in the Isola Sacra area, you might get the chance to enjoy the Tyrrhenian beaches and the tasty Italian seafood.

Fiumicino is a charming and real town without the trappings of tourism. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops that seem to cater to more locals than tourists. It was fun to wander about and soak up the atmosphere of this real fishing town.

The location close to the airport was good for us and the time that we had available.
The port was a short walk away and had good restaurants and a nice vibe.
The breakfast was OK, simple and adequate for us. It would have been improved if we had access to more than just a kettle and coffee machine as we got a takeaway pizza and had no plates. Would suggest that other travellers eat at the pizza shop itself.

We often choose to stay in Fiumicino as a staging area either upon arrival or departure from Roma (FCO airport). It has a sort of edgy border town vibe to it that makes it feel more authentic. It has a nice promenade along the mouth of the river with many cafes, bars, & restaurants; you can fall into a bad tourist place or find a nice authentic trattoria, and also some very posh establishments; most featuring local fish.
It is close to the airport so it's convenient and the prices for a room are lower than going into Rome proper.

Not an airport hotel..
Not an airport hotel..
Arrived by taxi late as shuttle had finished for the night.
I thought the price of my room was great value
Until…
I added my taxi ride from the airport €30 then the following day shuttle back to the airport €10
I should have stayed at the 4star option beside the airport as it would have been less expensive

It reminds me of the beautiful city of Trieste on north-east Italian coast. Walking to the sea while seeing la bella porta. There were many restaurants in Fiumicino. Many of them sea-based. You will find good priced napoletana pizaa and some more interesting italian restuarants.
I will come to visit this beautiful city again. instead of just bella roma

This hotel is wonderfully quiet high efficiency windows no airport noise. The airport is well signed and the hotels around it are in a quiet country setting. Customs and immigration only took 1 minute. It is clean attractive and quick to negotiate with real people to help you.
Extremely clean and easy to access. The host Gianni was lovely and joyful as well as extremely helpful – really, it’s been a pleasure to be at this hotel and to feel so welcome. I would recommend this hotel happily and without any reservation to any person considering a practical and pleasant stay next to the Fiumicino airport.
NB. Consider booking the hotel’s 6€ airport shuttle service as taxi drivers at the airport will otherwise scam you with 25€ fees for the few kilometres it takes.
It was a good location in terms of proximity to the airport. Rooms were well cleaned but had a strong smell of cigarette smoke when we arrived- I don’t think this is the fault of the hotel , probably the guest before us must have been smoking. When I emailed the day before my arrival to ask for helping getting a taxi from Roma Termini, the staff was very quick to respond - I heard from Angelo and Renato . Am very grateful for their help .
Just a short walk from Terminal 1, easy to reach on foot. Check-in was fast and easy. Beds are big and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel: there is a nice selection of dishes typical from Rome (we had a cacio e pepe and a gricia), a bit on the pricey side. However it is to be expected.
All in all a great choice if you have to stay overnight at the airport of Fiumicino.
The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. We stayed in the hotel because we needed to catch a flight in Fiumicino Airport the next day. The room was very clean. Something that doesn't happen enough at hotels is putting enough towels for the amount of guests present. This was not the case, I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent location near the airport and the facilities are great.
Paola, the owner was an exceptional host.
She offers free shuttles to and from Rome airport and is located at the beach outside of Rome. Very comfortable and clean. Perfect if you want an alternative to big airport hotels.
She also recommends a restaurant within walking distance that has some of the best seafood I have everywhere eaten!
I have traveled most of the world and stayed in many hotels and resorts. This hotel far exceeds most if not all for me. The bonus is that when traveling into Rome it is not your typical Airport Hotel which are usually terrible and if not terrible, typical. I would and plan on coming just to stay for a weekend getaway. Well worth it!
A great place to stay if you have a morning flight out of the Rome Airport (FCO). Shuttle takes less than 10 minutes to get from the hotel to the airport. Yet it is a world away in Fiumicino. A relaxed seaport town with lots of seafood restaurants. Hotel seemed fairly new and the facilities were impressive.
The hotel is lovely, clean . Excellent location for a night stay We want to thank cristian at the reception for being kind and helpful when we had late check in .
Excellent location near the Fiumicino airport.. just outside the hotel is the train station for getting to Termine . Good breakfast buffet.
Beautifully aesthetic hotel where every detail has been attended to. The hotel is secluded in open parkland spaces and yet it is close to Fiumicino airport but without the noise of aircraft. The staff, warm and attentive, and the delights of spas, saunas, pools, and great food, very pleasurable.
Such a nice cozy hotel, 5 minutes by taxi from the airport (FCO). The staff is amazing, fantastic breakfast, they even gifted us with a complimentary small bottle of home made liquor. Much better than the big chains, a true Italian experience in the heart of Fiumicino town.
A welcome surprise was the fact that there is a little shop where you can buy a snack or salad after midnight. Having chosen the hotel because of the late arrival at Fiumicino Airport, being able to eat something decent after arrival was good.
Very affordable hotel located only 5 minutes by car from fiumicino airport, staff is nice, room is clean, breakfast is good enough for an overnight stay. I recommend booking a taxi via the Uber app to and from the hotel, it's much cheaper.
Airport shuttle although it was 20E one way. Modern hotel. Up to date. Very clean. Family run. Near many restaurants. Great alternative to the usual "airport hotels," (and we have stayed in them before at the Rome airport).
Perfect for transiting. Just several meters from Parco Leonardo train station and a shopping mall.
It was efficient, clean and had everything we needed at half the price of one of the 'airport hotels'
The grounds immediately around the hotel within the walls are lovely. Convenient to the Fiumicino Airport. Very helpful and responsive host. Provides shuttle service to and from the airport.
Perfect location, next to the train station and very close to the Fiumicino airport. There is a Mall exactly next to the hotel, which provides anything you need.
