Friendly and helpful staff speaks English perfectly. We were surrounded by care and attention from the booking and before departure. No problem with payment. Check in and check out in 2 min. Late check-in is not a problem. WI-FI very good. Spacious room was clean, excellent air conditioner, breakfast was delicious and parking near the hotel was without any problems. Just 5 min by car to the park Gardaland. Everything corresponded to the photos on the Booking.

The staff were very nice and friendly and the the location is close to lake Garda. The room was clean, came with a balcony and we were provided early checkin too on request.
