The location is perfect as it is has fabulous views over the Sicilian countryside. Staff were attentive, professional and charming. Our dinner and breakfast were good and what you would expect from a Spa hotel. The hotel was closing the following 24 hours for a photo shoot and was being prepared during our stay. The staff made sure this did not impact our enjoyment. Would stay again and recommend

Breakfast was pretty good too. I loved it, and found it a great place to relax after sightseeing around the Noto region. Also, loved the different olive oil's - just very sad they don't ship to AUS.

The service at dinner is exceptional, as is the food. The pool and grounds are exquisite. I did not want to leave the premises, it was so perfect.
