The hotel is very well situated next to a public beach. The hotel staff was super nice, they were very helpful with any problem/request we had. There is option to have a lunch or dinner at the hotel which is very helpful as there are no other restaurants next to the hotel. The best option is to go for a lunch or dinner to nearby town Calasetta by your own car or by a shuttle bus. There are also two beach bars open throughout the day at the public beach.

Both receptionists were very efficient. The booking, check in/out was very smooth. Also very friendly and most helpfull in sharing travel and sigthseeing related information. In addition i the housekeeper and breakfast attendant also very friendly.The location very quiet yet only a stone throw from the seaside. Room 109 peacefully quiet. Breakfast great, bring your own decaf coffee anywhere to Italy incl here if that is ur prefered choice. Highly recommended, great value, u wont go wrong.

We had the apartment with balcony. The master bedroom is really big, the bed is super confy, the linen are of a very good quality. All windows have mosquito nets, and also blinds.The breakfast is a feast! Pietro makes everything very personal, he is a great host.

I enjoyed everything about our stay, from the accommodations to the breakfast. The owner was exceptionally kind and accommodating, exceeding our expectations and fulfilling our requests. For example, we needed breakfast earlier than usual due to work commitments, and he graciously prepared it for us very early in the morning. Despite breakfast being scheduled for 8 am, he went above and beyond by preparing it at 6:30 am. It was truly wonderful hospitality. This is just a detail, but the same level of attention applies to every aspect of our stay. Ho apprezzato tutto del nostro soggiorno, dall'alloggio alla colazione. Il proprietario è stato eccezionalmente gentile e accomodante, superando le nostre aspettative e soddisfacendo le nostre richieste. Ad esempio, avevamo bisogno della colazione prima del solito a causa di impegni di lavoro, e lui ci ha gentilmente preparato la colazione molto presto al mattino. Nonostante la colazione fosse prevista per le 8 del mattino, si è impegnato al massimo preparandola alle 6:30. È stata davvero un'ospitalità meravigliosa. È solo un dettaglio, ma lo stesso livello di attenzione si applica a ogni aspetto del nostro soggiorno.
