Fast, easy and very friendly communication with the owner who lives in the same house. The place is very clean, the beds are comfortable. Parking is on the property which is secured by a gate.
Basic breakfast with different beverages (coffee, tea, juices, water, milk) as well as bread and cake is included.
Bathroom is equipped with shampoo, soap and a decent sized shower (we stayed at other places in Italy with tiny showers so this was a big plus for us).
