Molt proper a l'estació de trens de Brignole i fora de la ZTL. A 10 minuts a peu del centre històric de Genova i a tocar de la zona comercial que arriba fins al centre històric. Net i ben mantingut. És fàcil carregar i descarregar si hi arribes amb cotxe.
