Beautiful rustic and charming house with many utensils for our convenience… only observation is that don’t have the bathroom stuff like, shampoo shower soap etc… which is not a big deal but we didn’t know about it so we also didn’t bring. Just hope maybe they can tell it in advance but really an amazing stay!!!
The staff was basically one of the partners Sabrina and she was outstanding 🤩🤩🤩 she messaged me since before the arrival to make sure everything was right, waited for us at the station to drive us up hill to the hotel and also waited for us to check in so she could drive us back down to the city… really a sweet lady ☺️
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and also the view from our room is beautiful !!!!

The location was perfect, you can have a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. We took the train from Milan to Bellano, and Enzo was kind enough to pick us up at the station and took us to the villa, that was a really kind gesture of him.
Definitely a great place to stay if you want to go to Lake Como.

Fabulous property and host!
Fabulous property and host! Giovanni went above and beyond to welcome us and answer any questions or concerns, both before our arrival and during our stay. The views of the lake are just stunning and we loved sitting out on our own private terrace with a glass of wine enjoying our surroundings. The location is quiet and secluded, but walkable to town, the ferry, and the train station. We were able rent a boat right in the town and enjoyed exploring the lake on our own. We also took the ferry to other towns on the lake and enjoyed the busier, more well known towns as well.

Beautiful Orrido and Cascata are two "must visits" in Bellano for ones loving nature. The SS36 motorway nearby makes your travel with car very easy alongside the whole Eastern part of the lake, meanwhile the rest of the roads along the lake can be full of traffic jams. This to be considered if you chose your location to sleep during the night but travel to explore different venues during the day.CsanádHungary - 10Scored 10

We would highly recommend staying in Bellano. It was convenient to other villages on the lake and we could be away from the crowds. It was a charming town with great restaurants. The ferry service was most convenient to Bellano. We were able to travel around the lake easily and looked forward to coming back to our bit of paradise in Bellano!Festa - 10Scored 10
Our group really liked Bellano.
Our group really liked Bellano. We were looking for a smaller town that was not over-commercialized or overrun with tourists, but not so small that there was nothing to do and the dining options were limited. In Bellano we found nice restaurants & we were particularly fond of the places adjacent to the water where we could dine and watch the lake traffic. The ferry schedule was a bit confusing but we figured it out spent some time on the water as well. In all, Bellano was what we were looking for and we were very happy with our choice. We would come back here again.

The host was also very welcoming, helpful, and easy to reach (we used the chat in bookings). Note that if you're exploring the lake, we found that Bellano makes a perfect base, as it's close to everything but out of the way, so it's not too busy. Also, Bellano itself has a very nice charm that makes it quite endearing. Be sure to check out the Pasticceria Lorla for great croissants - just a block away!

A short 10-minute walk into town, but be aware there are steep hills, cobbled paths and lots of stairs. The hosts were lovely and so hospitable, offering tips for exploring the area and quick to respond to any questions. Bellano is a great location to base yourself and explore Lake Como. It's not as busy with tourists, but just a quick ferry trip to all the other towns along the lake.

We were also happy with the service (e.g. garbage removal was sorted out for us). The view from the apparment and from a nearby church tarrace is amazing. The town is lovely and not as overrun by tourists as other locations on lake Como. I would come back to Bellano for sure!

(It is hard to get a taxi in Bellano) They were excellent on communication.
