We loved its old world charm along with its total can do attitude. From the ease of arriving to a smiling, welcoming face and the feeling of a warm embrace whilst our car was taken away. We were helped with our baggage into the hotel and up to our wonderful spacious room. Nothing was too much trouble. We had great recommendations for dinner. Everything about the property is amazing! The staff are very accommodating and professional. It was my wife’s birthday trip and they made it really special. They suprised her with a very pretty and delicious cake on our birthday dinner. We were blown away by their warmth. They were very attentive and looked after us very well. The location was glorious - between Lucca and Pisa and easy to get to both. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, the food was superb, and the building was amazing.
