Everything was wonderful, enjoyable, and very comfortable. The cottage we chose provided us with privacy and incredible experiences. Close to a beautiful and peaceful beach. We are thrilled and will definitely return! The breakfasts were delicious, especially the homemade cakes. All the towns around are very well connected, and it's a great base to explore Sicily. We are absolutely delighted with how a beautiful place can be created with the heart of Sicily and all its lovely gifts.

Avola is a pleasant town.
Avola is a pleasant town. There is plenty to see near by that can be reached by bus or car, Syracuse and Noto being the highlights. We hired a small boat from the harbour with a skipper and had the most a fabulous day out!

Avola is a great city for food and culture. The people of Avola are very nice and helpful. Avola is within minutes of the town of Noto and other cities as well as other destinations such as Marzamemi and Pachino.

Avola is a nice town near the sea: famous for its almonds, honey and wine, it has some baroque feeling to it, though not as much as Scicli for instance. It is a near-perfect base to visit Syracusae, the beaches of Noto or the town of Modica: all within reach from 20 minutes to 1 hour, but it can also be a relaxing place in itself. A recommendation would be to visit "Bar Pasticceria Mangiafico" in town, that since 1972 delivers quality in pastries and sicilian street food! On the side of warnings, it needs to be said that the old town has very narrow roads, and getting around by car requires some driving skills.

In future I would stay in Noto or another city in Sicily Avola seems like a ghost town in peak summer times No good restaurants, no bars and nothing seems to be happening. All the shops seemed closed once you got off the beach. Luckily I had a car so I could drive to neighbouring cities

The apartment itself is lovely and very cosy. Chiara responds to any messages very quickly and even drove us herself to the city of Noto (as we didn't have a car) which was so kind of her, her husband booked us lunch at a nice restaurant, and she picked us up to take us home later on in the day. Out of the kindness of her heart. The apartment has all the facilities you need and is a great stay in Avola!LeoUnited Kingdom

Rich and varied breakfast, sweet and savory (with alternatives for the lactose intolerant). One afternoon we were offered homemade Avola almond granita. Our room (Dafne) was spacious, with whirlpool tub and cleaned daily. Pool comfortable and intimate.Parking is sought nearby. We highly suggest this B&B for both couples and families!

We came with a car, and it is amazing for the parking because there are really a lot of spots on the street, highly recommended if you come with the car. It is on walking distance of city centre as well, but Avola is a great position to be if you want to explore Val di Noto with a car. I have to mention the breakfast - it was so amazing. Everything was homemade, and soooo delicious, way above expectations. The host was also really nice and friendly.
