I'd been travelling on my motorbike and Arbus was a perfect starting point over the nicest roads through Sardinias mountain roads and along the seafront.
Getting back to the Meridiana Hotel in the evening for some excellent dinner in their resaurant. Perfect. I'll be back for sure.
The hotel is an interesting place. If you like to be in the middle of nowhere it is definitely a place for you. We liked the animals that were there especially the small dogs and cats that were just super adorable. We came late and tired after whole day of cycling and it was possible to have a dinner in the hotel for 35€ for the menu. The food was very good.
There is a nice swimming pool with two hot tubs. Stefano and his team are attentive hosts. The dinners that are served in the hotel are delicious but very big. For price 35 EUR you get antipasti, first course, second course and dessert. Bottle of wine and bottle of water are included. It was delicious but too big, we couldn’t finish it.
My room was newly renovated and had a large bathroom with a lovely rainfall shower. The hotel was well kept and clean and the staff were all lovely and welcoming. We ate dinner two nights in the restaurant too. The highlight for me was the pool to be able to refresh after the day's adventures.
Excellent hotel, with a spacious and super clean room and amazing restaurant. The breakfast is above anyone's expectations! As a bonus you have a great panoramic view and as well a nice secular trees parc all around the hotel. Highly recommend it.
We arrived in a heatwave - the aircon and pool were amazing! The hotel was spotless and staff pleasant. We had a large vehicle and were able to park inside the gates but do check beforehand if you have a van.
The hotel is honest with food the family makes for you as you come. Pizza for a good price, stories about rally driving, authentic colours. The room has everything you need at a convient place.
