The owner was very helpful and nice. Always ready to answer messages on Booking and provide information. The place is located in some industrial zone but there is a peaceful park in a close area. It was beyond blissful to go for a walk here! The room was cosy and clean. Potable water, coffee, tea, milk and some sweet breakfast stuffs were available. Smoking area outside. There were also business cards with some recommended restaurants to go which was super helpful! It was warm and cozy inside. I see there are some comments with complaints about noises: the room is located in the owners' house and there are LIFE SOUNDS that are quite normal, at least for me. I didn't mind it at all.

A wonderful hotel in the city center, close to the train station. Excellent staff who are happy to help. The breakfast is wonderful and varied, not only sweets :) The staff allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out, for which I thank them very much.The room was clean and cozy. Considering that we wanted to be close to the airport, this was the best option who met our inquiries . Comfy. clean and specious room, modern with different automated functions. Also the hotel personnel was nice. Definitely will chose again this hotel, if we`ll be back in Bergamo.
