We liked the way the rooms are integrated in a operating agricultural cascina. We liked particularly the quiet. The Sésia river is close in the floodplain forest, apt for a refreshing walk (think of good footgear!). The staff gave us good advice for buying rice in this rice growing area.

I appreciated the walkability to the train station, and center of Vercelli. I appreciated that the property offered breakfast, and the bathroom was very clean and the hot water was great with wonderful water pressure (always a selling point for me!). The hotel staff allowed us to check in after 3pm, and leave our backpacks behind the front desk while we toured the town the following day and pick up at 3pm before heading back to the train - the accommodation for our backpacks was very helpful.
