Great place, wonderful view, close by interesting places like waterfalls and geysir. The outdoor hot Tub was an unexpected bonus. Bathing under the Northern Light, a magical experience. Ignacio is a caring friendly host. Not a cheap place, but what is cheap in Iceland anyway? Not expensive either, to Icelandic standards. Highly recommended place.

We had an incredible stay here. The hospitality was perfect, the breakfast was really varied and delicious. The beds and everything was very comfortable. They have a hot tube which we could enjoy at night.

There is a toilet and sink in the room. It was nice the breakfast is included especially for a reasonably priced hotel (for Iceland standards.) Because it is a boutique location there were limited amounts of other guests which made our stay very peaceful. We went out at night to admire the stars and even caught an aurora. Staff are very kind. Location prime between Geysir and Gulfoss.

It was very spacious and furnished beautifully, functional and it was very clean. The weather was very cold and windy but inside it was very cozy due to the heated floors! It’s very close to the Geysir area so this worked out well for us. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Lots of choices in the breakfast yurt. We could not have ask for anything more. Highly recommend this different ‘hotel’ stay!!!

Both the location and the hotel itself were great. The location was superb for visiting sites but also remote enough to see the stars and northern lights. The best part of this hotel is its location, which is very close to several must-see spots in this area of Iceland. I was also very lucky because, being in a rural area, I could see the Northern Lights from the hotel. Another strength of the hostel is its staff. They are very friendly and welcoming.
