There is nothing to see in Kalpetta.
There is nothing to see in Kalpetta. Good place to enjoy workcation. Places to see are at distance from the Kalpetta City. Veg food options are limited and majority of restaurants serves beef. Climate is okay not too hot not too cold. City is clean and green. Good looking houses are everywhere. People are ready to help even though they don't understand english/hindi that well.

It’s a good place to enjoy activities.
It’s a good place to enjoy activities. Our initial plan was to Munnar, but we changed plans. The day we entered Wayanad, we were unsure if the choice was right. But it was lots of fun with kids and enjoyed the most. Kalpetta is best location to travel in all direction for sight seeing. I am not sure if we explored enough to comment on restaurants but we didn’t manage to see good ones. So we traveled like 4 KM east to find very good restaurant Newform. The food taste is good here.

Kalpetta is perfect center to stay in Wayanad district.
Kalpetta is perfect center to stay in Wayanad district. Find a stay 15-20 mins walk from main Kalpetta market and you get a good combination of serenity and modern facilities. There's an app called 'Bunana' for food delivery.
The property is extremely beautiful and looks nothing less than a resort. Best Zostel I've stayed in so far. For a budget solo traveller like me, I got to experience a luxury space within my budget and Harry, Prince and Teressa have been the sweetest host. Thanks to Harry especially for making my trip worth it even though all the tourist spots were closed due to rain. He was a saviour! 😁
A true meaning of home stay is perfectly defined and demonstrated at The Four Seasons. You feel like home not as any ordinary lodge or hotel. Mary mam even at her 70's she is doing exceptionally good. Words are not enough to describe the service that we got. Last but not least, chechi's home made food was too good and tasty as if you are eating the food made by your mother.
A beautiful location on the outskirts of the city. The rooms a very very beautiful and the vibe of the stay is very much soothing. The host was kind and arranged all the requirements as per our needs without any questions. The location is close to many tourist places in Wayanad. Everything from breakfast to the cleanliness of the room gets a 5 star :)
We were a group of friends and stayed in a 2 BHK flat in Aatreya Serviced Apartment. The rooms were clean and extra beds was arranged by the host as per our requirements. This is the best affordable stay in Kalpetta and easily accessible by roadways. If you're looking for a budget friendly stay, then go for it.
The staff working there are really supportive. They took care of us very well. The room facilities are also good. Every thing was clean and hygiene. The Residency located in Kalpetta town, so every thing is easy to access. I suggest family must stay stay here. It's safe and secure.
In spite of being close to the road, the resort is very calm. The rooms were very clean and neat. Staffs were super cool and were available round the clock. Food can be ordered through Zomato or staff will bring it from the nearest hotel with extra cost. Totally worth every penny.
The hosts were wonderful people. The property was in a nice quiet location and the rooms were spacious with a private balcony. Hot water all the time was a surprise. Highly recommended. You just need to drive 4 KM to a decent hotel for dinner so get food on the way to the room.
The property ambience is amazing & the staff was very courteous, pleasant and i get a wonderful personalised service from here and one of the special near attraction is chembra peak approximately 17km from the hotel i think, it was a nice experience for me.
Excellent stay
"Very clean, hygenic and spacious rooms, Decent food not far from city.Good for leisure or business traveller on budget. Staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely think this review will
help you make the right choice"
Location was good. barely 1.5 kms from the bus stand. But breakfast was average. The owner lady was very courteous and co operative. She booked a sightseeing vehicle for us with a super driver cum guide. Thanks a lot for such boon.
Lovely for a hotel so high in the hills; wifi was weak (I was there for work) but the service - and the willingness to step up and help with any issues I had was really good. For that alone, worth going.
I had a magical time here. The owners treat you like family, they cooked for me we hanged out together.. was a beautiful time :) AND it's probably the cleanest budget hostel I've stayed so far in India!
Hotel is good, ashique owner of the hotel is a good person who was there for any information and help required at the hotel. They can do more like providing toiletries and etc.
I loved the stay here, staff is very supportive and rooms are very clean..... Best for the budget travelers..... And best option with family and friends
