Only the hotel staff is Okay rest all is pathetic. I had to spend my night sitting in fear of some other guest who was next to my room. One lady from other room was shouting whole night abusing people loudly even she rang bell of my room thrice I was literally threatened at that moment as soon as I get some chance to get out from my room I went to my car and bring my base bet which was lying in the car. As the doors of the room were like if pushed with bit force it will shatter. Worst experience of my life ever, the beauty here was that I was continously calling the reception but no one was answering. I made a early morning check out as was not sure when again things go bad. I was awake for 4-5 hours and had to drive back next morning to home
Also, there were no toiletries in the bathroom I specifically asked 2-3 times but still was not provided with shower gel, basin was stuck, balconies were dirty and dusty, doors of the room didn't had proper locking, electric kettle was not working got it replaced 4 times

We had a very relaxing stay at the hotel. It offers great views all around amidst the forest. The accommodation was comfortable and the food was great. They have the most friendly staff and the general manager went out of his way to assist us with booking a trip to Jimmy Corbett and arranging local transport. Excellent hospitality.
