The location was ideal for our day trips to Cork City, Cobh, Kinsale, Kilkenny always within 1- 1:30hr drive and even closer to Limerick, Tipperary, Clonmel, Rock of Cashel. 2. The staff were very pleasant & welcoming, willing to help with whatever you needed. 3. Room was spacious with ensuite 4. Bar (Pub) excellent. 5. Food well presented & delicious. 6. Ample parking at the rear of the Hotel.

Absolutely amazing views of the Galtee mountains so close to the hotel.
Great staff and food and lovely walks, and an easy short drive to access the trails into the mountains and Galtymore itself.
I was staying there on my own in between visiting family, and felt very welcome at the hotel, and comfortable walking alone in the surrounding area, which is so beautiful, quiet, and unspoilt.
