I love how friendly the staffs are, not pricy compared to other hotels in Killarney, they even upgraded our room so we can be comfortable in out stay and they helped us find a restaurant to eat when we arrived there really late and even called a cab for us.

The staff was fabulous, very friendly and helpful. The common rooms were cozy and spacious. Our room was very small (tight) but very nice. Good location, close to downtown and the park.
