Atria Residence is close to the mall and has a unique and quiet location. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is spacious. All tools are available in the room. They have a helpful and kind staff, especially Mrs. Lita, who in turn helped me facilitate the entry procedures, and also helped me transfer the bags to the room herself, and this service I did not see in any other hotels since my many experiences in other countries, and she also explained additionally about the city of Tangerang and the tourist sites And the services available nearby.. I thank the management of Atria Hotels for hiring employees like Mrs. Lita to harness the services for the residents

It was falsely advertised....the place I stayed was not shown in the booking pictures, there were cockroaches everywhere... I had to clean and sanitize everything myself. It says it has WiFi but it is not existent, hot water works for 30 seconds, host didn’t meet us and refused to give any partial refund for lying about the listing, fridge constantly leaked which was very dangerous for my two year old and she fell several times from the wet floor, smoked cigarettes on patio, burn holes on couches, very run down.KristinSpain - 10Scored 10

It is nice place, plenty of good restaurant, world class area, urban planning was good, surrounded by good Universities, stretch of road is clean and good food with international class easily found at Summarecon mall Serpong and Eon mall BSD city Well i would recommend to visit the place

I liked to walk around at night and trying out the food stands. There was many malls and a lot of stuff to do in Serpong. I really enjoyed the city and people are very nice to foreigners. It is a bit difficult to get around and you can feel the pollution, but there are cheap solutions such as Grab and more.

Serpong has a number of shopping malls.
Serpong has a number of shopping malls. The SMS mall is the nearest to Ibis Gading Serpong and it was amongst the best. It has a supermarket and several shops that range from batik boutiques to souvenirs and food court, Most important of all, there were seats provided outside the shops so it helped elderly who felt too taxing after having walked for some time. I like the Halleluia shop best. The staff was very warm and friendly.
