Location wise is good, nearby stores and eateries. Staff is exceptional. They are very helpful and polite. During check-in I informed them that we will going out very early the next day, so instead of normal breakfast time start at 7:00 am they served breakfast the next day at 6:00 am to accommodate us! Centrally located in very close proximity to key tourists attractions, and also a great supermarket and nice coffee shop in the lobby area. Staff very friendly and professional spoke good English. Room was spacious and clean, good wifi signal. Fridge, kettle large TV! Would expect this however for cost of room as was a little more on the expensive side than others we have stayed in during our 3 week travels in Sumatra.
