The location is absolutely stunning, set amongst Rice terraces, koi ponds and a backdrop of smoking volcanoes. One of the prettiest locations we have visited. The hotel staff were really helpful and kind.

The hotel we stayed at seemed to be connected to a local tour company who only ran set tours at high prices; none of them actually in Glenmore. No easy option to head out and see sights (like waterfalls etc.) at your own pace.
Very scant vehicle services and only a local group of motorcycle/scooter riders who charge themselves out at high prices to tourists. Found a willing driver with a car who took 100,000RB ($10AUD) off me for 5 minute trip. Same $ elsewhere in Java will buy you almost 30 min in a Grab taxi.
That said Legomoro (waterfall) is an amazing sight to visit if you can find somone to take you there.
