We always sleep a night at Lajta Park, when we travel by car on our holiday ways to western Europe. Lovely property, friendly staff, large rooms (at least the apartments) reasonably priced but very good food at dinner and great breakfast choice. Large parking, quiet surroundings.

This is a rather simple place to stay, but it is exactly what they position themselves for. You should not expect a fancy place from a motel, but it is a good place to stay if you are on the road and need to have a rest.
Pros: parking and late check-in. Really helpful and nice.
Cons: it is pretty hard to find the entrance, there is no breakfast (can understand that in a Motel, but the nearby restaurant can only serve breakfast after 11AM) and the non-personal toilet (the shower is in the room though).
To summarise: a good and convenient place to stay if you are not expecting a lot and can tolerate some personal inconveniences.

Charming little town near the Austrian border.
Charming little town near the Austrian border. It has lots of shopping possibilities as well as cultural and relaxing programs and places. It's right next to the river so if you like nature and quiet, you are in the right place.

The spa is very good.
The spa is very good. It cannot beat the Széchenyi in Budapest, but a visit is worth the money. The city itself might offer some nice restaurants etc., but it strongly depends on your time of visit. During our visit on New Years Eve and New Year all the restaurants and shops were closed, leaving open only bars. We had to walk across half of the city only to buy a hotdog at a gas station... :-D

I use to enjoy thermal spa in the Mosonmagyaróvár (Moson) city, it's close to Bratislava/Slovakia, and not far from my home in Central Moravia/Czech Republic. In fact, it's the cheapest thermal spa for myself. I was there # times and plan two more stays in next few months. It's perfect relax for me, tasty meal, good wine, simply perfect weekends or extended weekends.
Evenings walks around the castle and it's garden are romantic. Pubs, restaurants and meal facilities are everywhere.
They are cycle-paths around the city, perhaps I will enjoy my bicycle there in the future.

I, like many other Austrians, went there primarily for dental care. The town center and the old fortress are picturesque, but obviously not well prepared for foreigners: Most exhibits in the two museums (one county-, one town-affiliated) are explained only in Hungarian, the staff is supportive but hardly masters any foreign language; in the bookshop on the main street nobody speaks English or German ... Maps and information in the public sphere are mainly in Hungarian. (The contrary is true with pubs and restaurants: At least German is widely understood.)

Very average hotel, not very enjoable stay, no light bulb in a lamp, no remote for TV, no air conditioners, bathroom very very small with no regular doors.
Breakfast OK, but slim variety of foods and drinks.
No recomendations from me.

Thus hotel exceeded our expectations. Room was clean and spacious. Everything seemed new. Beds were comfortable. We had mini fridge in our room, which I personally love to see. Breakfast was nice and there are many options to choose from. Staff was very nice and tried best to meet all our requests. There is an option to charge an electric vehicle. It's a great place to rest when traveling by car.
Overall a very nice hotel, very close to the thermal spa. Nice room with a balcony, good restaurant with live piano music in the evening. Breakfast was ok, tasty bread, just a few basic items missing (fresh fruit, natural yogurt, oats,...), but corresponding to the 3stars level. Most of the staff friendly, but they mostly speak German, English not so much. Overall great price/value ratio.
The hotel is now the closest to the Thermal Spa thanks to a new direct path. The pool in the hotel is a comfortable 32C
Nice sauna in the garden; free to use but you should reserve few hours in advance.
I believe it's the best place to stay to access the thermalbad. You can go there even after checkout - the key is valid for the whole day of the departure.
The hotel is nice, located in a quiet area, close to the Hungarian - Austrian border. Breakfast was very good, you can find lots of choices. Staff was paying attention to the details. The rooms and the hotel in general are very clean. Also, the courtyard is nice, the hotel being located next to a small river.
Super clean and stylish apartament. Host is not speaking english, but it was okey, we understood each other. There is private parking in the garage just for your car free of charge. Bed is super comfortable. Flexum thermal spa is in 15min walking distance.
We were fully satisfied!
Nice hotel, located close to spa, but to get there, you have to walk like 10 minutes around "the block". The pool in the hotel was good as well. Staff friendly. Breakfasts simple, but tasty. The town also offers nice places to walk around and there are good restaurants too nearby.
The hotel is easy to reach, we had a rather large room with a very comfortable bed. There were clean sheets and fluffy pillows.
At the restaurant, for dinner, we had a delicious Hungarian goulash. The breakfast was good and tasty..
The staff was welcoming and friendly.
Very clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive to our questions. We really appreciated the washer and dryer because we are on a biking trip and not carrying many clothes. Our bikes were safe here too. Wish we’d stayed longer and gone to thermal pools.
Friendly staff and more than good conditions for the price.
Not far from the austrian border.
Breakfast was okay, could be a lil bit improved but as a transit hotel is perfect!!
From now on we'll stay there every time we travel by car.
The property was well equipped.
Everything was clean and tidy.
The communication was alright :)
Awesome location! 5 minutes to thermals, 3 minutes to a pizzeria and just few steps to a café.
Parking was not a problem after all.
Mrs Kaszás picked us up on the railway station which was really nice.
Breakfast was prepared to the fridge in the evening before.
One night stay - nothing to be reproach.
Thermal spa is around the corner.
Great location, space for our bikes to be locked up, and kind staff. Lovely patio restaurant and breakfast. Just steps away from the thermal baths. Plenty of space for the three of us.
The room was very clean, the food in the restaurant is excellent and we managed to get a good night's sleep before departing for our final destination. I Would recommend this hotel!
Clean and big rooms in two floors, comfy beds, baby cot, two toilets (!), a lot of light coming through the big windows, parking lot available, very close to the thermal baths
