Position right on the water, location to town, cafe/bar on the property. Room was really soundproof which is great as it’s right on the road. Door has keypad entry which is great when going back and forward from the water.
Staff member Natasha was superb.

Very nice rooms and balcony with wonderful view of Tisno. The kitchen facilities were good and there was plenty of space in the bedroom for storing clothes. Bathroom was good and had everything we needed.
We went end of season- 25/09-30/09 however it was fabulous.
We went end of season- 25/09-30/09 however it was fabulous. Be aware if you don’t like early mornings perhaps staying away from the centre is a good idea. The church bells ring out at 6.30am. Good way to get up and enjoy the full day though as there are numerous amazing beaches to explore.

I loved the clear, blue waters in Tisno.
I loved the clear, blue waters in Tisno. There were plenty of beaches, but you do need to wear sea shoes, as most beaches have rocks and no sand.
The town is lovely if you want to get away for a week and enjoy being next to the sea. I highly recommend having breakfast at Hotel Tisno and taking a short trip to Murtur to take in the sights and enjoy a meal in one of their lovely restaurants. I had a 5 star meal at Fine Food Murtur. A bit pricey, but worth every penny.

Tisno is a lovely, picturesque small village/town with the sea running through it separated by a bridge. Great restaurants, with a few shops and bars and plenty of mini-marts. There's lots to do in and around Tisno and its close to many other great resort locations. Thoroughly recommend it.

It is a busy village, quiet towards the mainland and busier towards the island. It is crowded and the sea close to the city is not very clean. Many boats and traffic. The view from the highest hill is breathtaking.

Tisno is beautiful.
Tisno is beautiful. Perfect for around 7-10 days stay - plenty to explore and there are some nearby islands etc. Some glorious coves in amongst pine trees and delicious restaurants on the waters edge. Can't wait to return! :)
I came to Tisno for the Defected festival and I did not know that Hostel Marko is a hidden gem. I was very lucky to pick this place because it was just by the entrance to the Tisno Garden and it’s very neat and clean.
It’s got a very nice kitchen and two terraces.
I saved the best for last: Marko, the host, is a very friendly person. He takes very good care of the hostel and makes sure the guests enjoy their stay there.
If you want the best place in Tisno, please consider Hostel Marko. You’ll love it.
The service at the hotel was perfect, friendly staff and the room was clean plus I think for the price this hotel is great value for money if your travelling on a bit of budget but need a bit of luxury for the night. The breakfast was lovely, although the cooked breakfast could of been better! Bit it wasn’t bad. Again for the cost of the breakfast you got a lot! Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone going to Tisno.
The property is absolutely beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice
Loved the space, the facilities, the access to and from the property, furniture was lovely. Enjoyed staying in a traditional Croatian apartment.
The owners were so wonderful too, helped us out with a few things like olive oil, tomatoes from the garden, etc. All of the family members played a role to ensure we had a comfortable stay and went above and beyond to assist us.
Everything from check in to check out was amazing in terms of service. The owners are the best and really, really care about their property. Our room was spacious and spotless. The location was amazing. The breakfast was incredible. Such a lovely place to experience the coast of Croatia. The owner went out of her way and even was a concierge in helping us to plan a boating trip. Such a thoughtful and full service hotel!
Zeljka was so great. We arrived so late, 6 hours later than planned because of horrible traffic jam and Corona/ pass port control at borderline between Slovenia and Croatia. This day was terrible for us 2 adults and 2 boys. We arrived at 0:30 at Zeljka’s house. She was so friendly and gave us so good feeling. The apartment has gorgeous balcony with much place and the best See View. We would definitely come again.
The location was brilliant. Close enough walk to the garden resort for the festival and close enough into Tisno. It was more expensive compared to other places that our friends stayed and feel like the value for money wasnt great. But the host was lovely and accommodating, he took us back to Split airport for cheaper than normal taxis.. Although we did feel that we had to be quiet and was conscious of this.
The hotel room on the top floor had an amazing view, and felt private. It had a big balcony, with sunbeds and table and chairs.
There where also good opportunities for parking your car.
The one who introduced us to the hotel also gave a lot of good tips - perhaps it was a bit long introduction when you are tired from a long trip.
We complained about what we experienced, and it seemed as if they listened.
A great apartment close to Tisno center, but far enough so you can get a good night's sleep :)
The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you might need throughout your stay. It also has a big private terrace and two bathrooms with showers (one for every room) which we loved. We would definitely book again if we visit Tisno again :)
Property owner very kind person, great communication and flexibility. Extra effort (upon check-in fridge with drinks/snack provided without extra fee). Accommodation new, good locality, close to sea.
Note: Villa is located on steep hill. Good view but a bit more effort to approach it
Breakfast was outstanding, staff was helpful, friendly, and thoughtful, comfort was excellent in our 35m2 room (beds, light and space)…all this made our stay memorable - thanks to all the team!
The host is a lovely lady, speaking Croatian, Italian and German that will take good care of you.
In my room I found everything I need and at a fair price. I had a good stay.
Wonderful terrace and view. Cottage's ingenious design. Really nice breakfast, especially the bread. Favorite thing was that they plant a tree for every reservation!
Very clean and modern apartment. Bathroom was a bit on the small side but overall it was great accommodation, central to all the restaurants and bars and seafront.
