The room was very spacious and clean with a fantastic partial view of the wetlands park. Reception staff were always very helpful with any enquiry a guest might pose, cleaning staff were super friendly and helpful as well. The location is perfect for me, since I am in no hurry to be anywhere at any given time, so the hotel being further away is not an issue for me. The nearby bus stops and train stops can take you to the city centre and airport. Two buses can take you to Causeway Bay and Tsimshatsui directly. There are malls nearby where there are plenty of food choices, a supermarket, a cinema and a very nice park to get some exercise in!

- The room (penguin) was very cute and suitable for kids. It is a bit smaller than I would imagine.
- The decorations of the lobby and other levels are very nicely done.
- Majority of the staff (esp Terrence and Nick from the restaurant) are very nice and welcoming.
- Roast beef and lamb from the buffet dinner were good.
- There were a few parks and shopping malls nearby. The hotel is also next to the train station.
