Lovely hotel in the city centre, close to the bus station, museums and restaurants. Room was spacious and had all we needed including kettle and supply of tea and coffee, iron, hair dryer. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had wide choice of food , they also provided for me gluten free bread as requested. Heraklion is beautiful city and close to Knossos palace. Very good value for money.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was perfect for an urban stay, located in the center yet in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, the room super clean and the bathroom was very nice. Provided luggage lockers were definately a bonus, since we did not properly sync our arrival to the check-in hours. Overall a value-for-money experience!
