Very good location - 7 mins walk to where the turtles come into the harbour. Also a 2 min walk to the bus station for the national bus routes which was really handy. And very close to the local bus stops too. A 10 mins walk into the restaurants along the front and a 15 min walk to the main sq in central argostoli. Easy to get to on bus from airport or to get the local bus to lassi for the beaches. We booked for a family of 4 so 2 bedrooms which were decent sized (and behind a main door so we were all in the one space which was well thought out) and a nice modern bathroom. NOTE - be wary of Google maps, took us to the wrong location but host was very helpful and waited whilst we arrived. Its not a keylock location and host will meet at start and keys are left in the room when leaving.
