Very warm welcome - the staff were very friendly and hospitable especially Ina the bartender that made our stay so pleasant each day ! Sleep was great , rooms clean and tidy ! Great experience with celebrating my birthday, well wishes received with cake and champagne! The room was clean and had a lovely view of the beach. The parking was very good. The staff was very helpful especially Alexandra who gave us a really warm welcome. The pool was clean and very good wifi all over the building. The location is walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and nearby beaches.

We stayed at Bali Diamond as a couple with another couple of friends, and we all absolutely loved it. It's a small family run hotel, with super friendly helpful staff, especially Eva at reception, and Chrisoula, who created the magnificent daily breakfast banquets. It's very well located for the airports as well as all the points of interest locally. I recommend this hotel very highly. Immaculately clean, well designed, lovely pools and terraces, with a relaxed yet smart atmosphere.
