The apartment is located at the edge of an old village on a hill crest, raising abover the Lassithi Plateau with a stunning view from the balcony to the east from Tzermiado to the high peaks "Afentis Christos" of the Lassithi mountains, inviting just to sit there and relax. The location is very quiet, the rare traffic on the road below is hardly audible. There are very good restaurants within 2km distance nearby. Very appealing new interior design and high quality equipment. The kitchen leaves nothing to miss, enough cutlery, plates, cups, cooking utensils etc. Very clean bath room. We slept well on the good mattresses. The owner communicates immediately and friendly on any request. We came with a baby, and they had a baby bed ready. The apartment is ideal for families with kids, balcony and interior is baby safe.

Breakfast was nice,lots of choices&a chef bar to request from also during dinner time a BBQ area.Having said that it's a bit repetitive seem a lot of dishes to select from but nothing you haven't already had. The celebrations package are a lovely touch of service their offer really nice and really took on every details to ensure a perfect day for the celebrants. Jacuzzi/sea views for our room was a great element,modern style rooms,super friendly staff*s(Dimitra,Zac,dinner&day manager)&management's,loved the fact beach is just outside the hotel,great local locations beautifully clean country.Star Beach is just 10min walk so beautiful.Please you must eat from the little Kebab joint next to the McDonald's(big shout out to him always nice,he knew how I&my sister food needed to be done&remember our orders).

We went in October with a 7year old girl so 3 of us Loved the food, it was wonderful in the main restaurant and the seating areas outside were so pretty We didn't try the upstairs restaurant Elios as the main one was just perfect We had a birthday evening at the Lower restaurant Rhodies, it was heaven! it was out 7yo's 7th birthday so they erealy looked after us + added balloons + put candles on a cake for her! so special. We stayed in the upper area + it was just beautiful Breakfast was amazing We chose all-inclusive + felt that that was just perfect for our break. Staff were AMAZING Service was AMAZING The kids' club was AMAZING - small and perfect, it felt boutique + not crowded and so far away from the tacky view I had of a kids club (we'd never used one before) + Anna was so good as their children's entertainer, no booking is needed just turn up and your child can come and go timing-wise. We booked a 2-bed kitchenette (only used to make tea as all-inclusive was amazing!) and I have to say the pics do NOT do the room justice! 2 terraces! just lush. Booking a hire car was so simple + easy breezy too at reception We will be back!!
