Quite place. With luck got room having another door to view sunrise. Room, outdoor and pool was clean. 5min walk to nearby restaurant, bakery and takeaway even though a restaurant in next to villa but they don't do takeaway

My husband and I were blown away by the attentiveness of the staff. Maria at the front desk and Athinos were incredibly helpful and always checking to see if we had everything we needed and more. Breakfast each morning was a blessing, and super healthy. The breakfast changed every morning which kept things very interesting. The location was very close to Fira about a 10-15 minute walk and about a 45 minute walk down to the Old port of Fira for our boat cruise. Excellent location. The bus station is just a five minute walk from the accomodation at Karterados Bus station. Very easy to get to. Buses took only cash of about 2-2.5 euros per bus trip. There is a small minimart full of little snacks and water bottles for your holiday just around the corner of the hotel (on the way to the bus station). I will say don't drink the water on Santorini. Only drink bottled water. Thank you Maria, Athinos and the other staff for making our holiday just magical.

The hotel is in a perfect location,only 15 minutes away from the center and the beach. We had our room upgraded as it was my birthday and Maria ( the hotel service agent) surprised me with balloons and wine. She made our holiday exceptional and comfortable. We deffinately recommend this hotel!

The staff were amazing! Especially Denisa and Maria, our receptionists. They were smiling, welcoming and considerate. (Our experience in Athens was not like this) We arrived knowing not much about Santorini and they gave us a pro recommendation for all the things we can do here. They can also rent cars(at a cheaper price than airport) and book cruise for you. They prepared a surprise honeymoon cake I asked for which was absolutely delicious and pretty. They even gifted us a bottle of Greek white wine and upgraded our room. Thanks! You can feel they had a good training and their goal is to make you feel at home and enjoy your holiday with no worries. A good service is why onyx have a good review and stand out from surrounding fierce competition. As for the hotel itself. It is in the middle of the island, close to Fira and 20 mins drive to Oia. The room was cleaned everyday, bed was comfortable. Many choices for breakfast. Pool was pretty with progressing depth.

This was my fiancé and I first holiday together and we made the right choice in choosing coconut residence. The host Maria was absolutely amazing, helpful and supportive in booking us taxis at our stipulated time, giving directions and suggestions and constantly checking in on us to make sure we were happy and okay. The location was also not to far from Fira and had restaurants and a supermarket around. We also had our hot tub and suite regularly cleaned as well, it was indeed an amazing experience for us and we would highly recommend this accommodation

    The most amazing hostel I’ve ever stayed at!

    The most amazing hostel I’ve ever stayed at! The location is gorgeous and at a good walking distance from Fira or the bus stop. The staff are all lovely and very welcoming and the breakfast is great too. There are weekly activities such as dinners and movie nights as well. Would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back in the future.

    The owner was liar, he/she claimed guest stole their lamp & batteries. Please check their website, over 100 photos, none of them had lamp in the picture . I had NO CLUE, why did them make this kind claim? They liar & made up things, claimed that guest asked them to drive guest around island, I hired taxi every day & I kept all the receipts to prove how much I paid for the taxi every day. I have trouble to understand them. For sure, they ARE NOT honest people, NOT honest business.

    Katerados is a village near Thira, with adequate facilities, small tourist shop,supermarket, bakeries, cafes, and a few restaurants. A relaxing place after a busy day out. It is very easy to use the bus service, you can get all around the island, the buses are quite busy, but run regularly right up to 11 p.m.

    Nice family run Hotel.

    Nice family run Hotel. Staff always on hand to assist and book our requirment, so made our trip easier. Great swimming pool. 10 minutes walk into the main town of Thera. Supermarket and Bakery across the main road of hotel. Convenient for snacks, drinks and breakfast.

    Karterados is such a beautiful and peaceful area, not far from busy Fira town centre. We stayed at beautiful Lilium Homes and it was a perfect place to get away from the all the noisy crowds. So tranquil!

    Karterados was a great place to stay, it's an easy 20 minute walk into Fira with all the attractions, shops, restaurants and nightlife you could wish for, and it is also ideally placed for taking buses to other parts of the island too. Being just on the outskirts of the city it was much calmer and quieter, with far less traffic. It felt more like a typical Greek town or village, the people were very friendly, there were lots of various restaurants, cafes and bakeries, with more reasonable prices than Fira, and all with a superb choice of food. There is also an excellent brewery there, and a supermarket/gift/clothes store which seemed to sell just about everything you could think of and more! If you stay in Karterados you won't be disappointed.

    My boyfriend and I stayed at villa agas for 7 days.. our stay was amazing, everyone was very kind and helpful, they helped us with every request we made. They even set out to look for a quad to rent. The position of the hotel is very strategic, in the centre of the island: it’s only 15 minutes away from Fira (by foot) and it only takes 20 minutes to go to the North and 20 minutes to go to the South of the island by car. The beautiful Santorini’s black sand beaches are just 10 minutes away from the hotel. We hope to return here soon!

    Well located family-run hotel within easy walking distance of Fira main town. If transport is required, local bus stop is also right out the front or Roussa (reception) is more than happy to help you book a private transfer. Rooms are clean and well appointed with fridge, air conditioner and shower/toilet. Staff were able to have our rooms ready earlier than check in time and allowed us to leave luggage in the foyer and swim in the pool after we had checked out. Overall, an excellent budget option for a great stay in Santorini.

    We have to say that this place is extremely cute with the cave design with perfect breakfast. And on top of it, we had an amazing stay thanks a lot to Alex. (Thank you so much Alex!!!) He is sooo friendly and welcoming all the time. He replied super fast to our questions, took time to explain us everything about Santorini and help us to check in early (which is a life saver as we woke up at 3am that day) It feels more like meeting a friend than going to a hotel. :) I will definitely recommend everyone to stay here and meet Alex.

    Good location in the middle of island, 30 minutes walking to Fira town, calm environment ! The breakfast and dinner (half pension) are so tasteful ! Surprisingly excellent ratio of quality/price! The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are so nice that my children enjoyed themselves until the last minute before departure ! Hotel room is so clean and comfortable with drink, snacks and nice Santorini red wine offered ! Staff are always smiling, very kind and helpful for all service request !

    Trudi was a really good host, she was welcoming and when we arrived she told us how it works in Santorini and suggested us what to do and what to see. She also organized all our transfer. The location was really good it's near the bus station and 20 min walk to Thira. The swimming pool is also nice not too big but clean and deep. There's a kettle and mini frigerator so it was really helpful for our stay, bakery and supermarket are also near the hotel! We had a perfect stay in the hotel! 🙃

    Great service and attitude of Hotel owners - Artemis and his wife! They were available for help with any issue. We have received an upgraded sea-view room which was amazing! Cleaning was performed every day. Free transfer from / to the airport. You can get everywhere on the island by bike or car (which is a must have on Santorini for the best experience). The pool was very nice, even though we prefered to explore the beaches. Great price / quality option.

    The apartment has everything you need for a few days in Santorini. It was super clean and everything was new. Nikos was very helpful before and during our stay. He helped us with the rental of an ATV and the transfer from the airport and to the port. The location in Karterados is in a small local village where you can find here restaurants, bakery and supermarket. It’s very close to Fira. I recommend everybody to stay here. You won’t regret it!

    We chose Villa Manos for our stay in Santorini. The hotel is beautiful and spacious, but what enchanted us was the kindness of the staff. From the first contact to the last minute. We were delighted. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and once again we were pleasantly surprised. I recommend it with my eyes closed. I promised to come back. Thank you everyone for making our last day in Santorini more than special.

    The hotel is located near the airport. We used the airport shuttle which was a big deal for us since we were arriving very late. After we checked in, I was very disappointed I did not stay at the hotel for my whole visit to Santorini. The room was nice and the pool was amazing even though we did not use it. We were drooling over it as we walked past it on our way to the bus stop.

    Friendly family run hotel approximately 10-15 minute walk to center of Thira. Beautiful pool and bus stops close by. Buses to Oia, Parissa beach(beautiful beach), port and airport. No need to get a taxi if you don't mind waiting a few minutes for a bus and possibly standing. Best Greek coffee and pastries just next door to Babis hotel: Santorini Bakery Patisserie Glikaki

    Lefteris's house located in Karterados, 10 mins walking from Fira. A really spacious house, extremely clean and beautiful, fully equipped for a family. Looks like exactly like the pics and even better. Lefteris, the owner was very helpful and kind. I totally recommend this house for your stay in Santorini.

    The hotel was amazing, great facilities. We especially appreciated Tamta who worked there, she and the other staff members really helped us- booking restaurant, taxis, vehicle... this made our time in Santorini amazing.     This quaint little hotel was charming, we had room close o the beach, superb decorative lighting inside each room. the breakfast was a la carte and good but the staff was the best. Eve an Sissi were attentive, find us a shuttle to go to town, help me printing ferry tickets and were overall charming.

    Cyclades staff and hospitality was amazing! They accommodated all of our room requests and we’re able to pick us up from the airport for a very reasonable price! The hotel was also very close to the main town of Fira, about a 20 minute walk.
