the host was very sweet and welcoming, they were able to accommodate us very well and welcomed us with sweets. there were coffee free coffee and hot water, even though breakfast was not included in our room plan. Cozy and nice hotel with wonderful yard. Ideal place for families and kids. The location is the best in Kobuleti, just seconds away from beach. Hostess Natela is the nicest lady.
