I loved my stay at Hotel Lumi - the hosts are so helpful and even introduced me to homemade Georgian cuisine which I loved! Great location, has a restaurant and bar in front of it and only a short walk from the centre of Zugdidi. The greeting I received when I arrived was so warm and inviting. Promoted as 5 stars but appalling customer service. stayed 1 Wednesday night on 4 floor. From 7pm music from a party in restaurant on second floor. started. By 10 o clock it was deafening. The hotel has an open staircase and the noise easily travelled up and through the building. it was ridiculously loud. Going to Reception and complaint had to shout to be heard. However they didn’t care - the restaurant had been booked until 11pm. Despite the fact only around 10 people were in the room the whole hotel had to wait for them to finish.
