Breakfast was lovely as it was arranged the night before and there was a great choice of hot and cold breakfast. WE also ade the hotel the night before and the food was also lovely.

It’s a really lovely and well thought out annex. If you’re looking for some peace and quiet this is the place to be. I particularly loved the skylight in the room because I could watch the starts at night and clouds move during the day.

Dunster has very limited parking, best to use the national trust one. Steam Train station at blue anchor bay is within a short distance, trip to minehead is through some lovely countryside. Tide goes out a long way at blue anchor bay.,,beach is stoney but sandy at minehead.
