We had a wonderful stay, staff were pleasant, the room was beautiful, very comfortable and good quality toiletries. We didn't have dinner in the hotel so unable to comment. The breakast coffee was good. Thanks

Great location, just a short stroll into town.
We had a loch view room which made for a great view. The room was a good size, well equipped and very comfortable.
The meal we had at the Silly Goose restaurant which is in the hotel was excellent - highly recommended!

for sure one of the best and nicest hotels in Fort William! Very stylish, very modern. perfect for "refuelling" after our walk on the WHW. Service is wonderfull, everything was clean, breakfast was excelelnt... definetly nothing to complain!

Lovely clean and comfortable room with modern facilities. Although the hotel did not provide breakfast, there is a coffee shop next to the hotel, which provides good breakfast and coffee. And the view outside the hotel is amzing (not from room window). Walk out the hotel and can then see the snow-covered mountain top.
