The room was very nicely decorated. I really appreciated being able to have the window open. The cooked breakfast was excellent and served by someone very helpful and friendly who enabled me to eat on the terrace in the garden rather than indoors.

Stayed a few times before and took friends this time but not as good as been before no facility to leave message for towel change and bed sorted so wasn’t done !!!! Bathroom in room 9 could have been cleaner

The property was classic and lovely. It was very cosy and had a lot of character to it. Which was fitting for the location within Steyning. Our room was absolutely amazing and again, really cosy, which we were upgraded to by the lovely owner of the house.

Room was ok.. we had the twin room as nothing else available. Lovely staff and excellent breakfast. Pub and garden were nice although we didn’t use them as there overnight for a wedding nearby. Good communication with the manager re our stay.
