Lovely location, next to the river. Comfy bed. Great to have a modern fan in the bedroom which helped on a warm evening. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff.
The best poached eggs with advacdo on toast I've had, the nachos in the evening were 2nd to none. Had the smashed burger, pizza and chicken drumsticks all were incredible, over several evenings I might add 😁

THere are quite a few nice places to drink and eat, lovely by the river but remember mosquito spray! Parking can be tricky in certain areas but you will eventually find somewhere without double yellow lines, unless yoru hotel comes with parking!
The hotel state on their website that there is free parking. This is untrue. The free parking is roadside anywhere up the street. Being a female and pensioner, arriving in the dark there was no where to park. I drove around several streets. Eventually I parked on double yellow lines and asked at the hotel in case I had missed the parking area and the response was that guests need to park in the street. I told them that I would be unable to stay due to safety and the response back was extremely unsupportive.
This small hotel was a wonderful discovery. I traveled alone for work and found this little hotel to be clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with different warm and cold options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also had dinner at the pub of the hotel, everything was delicious.
For the price the rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. Easy street parking. close to public transport, Hampton Court Palace, the Thames and Sunbury park. The included breakfast was excellent. We also ate at the pub twice, really nice food. Very friendly service.
nothing. Room was very small and on a main road. You could not open a window as noise outside was so bad. Had dinner in hotel that night. Food was cold. Chips seemed like they were reheated. Order a bottle of wine that came to us warm. Bitterly disappointed.
The staff was so helpful and friendly. They gave us great recommendations for getting into London for a day and how best to get to the airport. Having a pub right there made it easy for meal time and the food was really good. Having a fan in the room was a plus.
The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming from the off, and we were delighted with both our rooms and the service, options, and food in the restaurant. The cooked breakfast options were imaginative.
Great little hotel. Room was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The riverside location was nice too!
Would definitely stay again if I were in the area.
Lovely oldy worldy pub with rooms, the breakfast was great. Very convenient for Wimbledon tennis, left car at Sunbury train station in the morning and caught the train to Wimbledon station.
Staff are lovely and do their best.
Location is great - very pretty on the riverside and a short walk into Lower Sunbury.
Clean bedding and fresh fluffy towels.
Comfortable, nice friendly atmosphere in the bar area. The staff were very polite and friendly, eager to help. A welcome change from the modern 'box' Hotel.
