You sent to me OYO’s message to me , looking forward to seeing us. That OYO hotel is no longer on their website of hotels in England. No doubt they will take our money. I would appreciate it if you could do everything possible to repay the money to us. As a result we had to seek a hotel at very short notice and paid over £150 for an average hotel.

I was advised by staff in the nearby pub that its been closed down since January 2022, as such we didn’t see our booked and confirmed twin room, but none of this stopped them from taking the full amount from my account. Normally stop in hotels but this made an excellent change for me. Also ideal for a week away for a couple. Host was very welcoming.

Storrington is a lovely place with a nature reserve to walk in, all the shops you need. The locals were friendly, the Inn and restaurant served excellent food.
