I paid 371 for 2 rooms and they were poor 1 was the supreme room the hole floor moved around when walking on it the bathroom floor is lifting in places I stub my toe on part of the floor that floor in the bathroom there was filler in the walls behind the door that was not even painted one of the lamps in the bedroom only worked when the main light was on rust round the taps in bathroom one lumpy pillow on the bed each breakfast wasn't included and even then it was poor. I've not yet spoken to my friends that I paid for there room knowing what I know no i would never of paid that much money for 2 very poor rooms I would not go back

Loved the breakfast room. Beautifully decorated. Staff were friendly, efficient and attentive. Hotel is well positioned in Central Tunbridge Wells. The room was lovely.

All staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. William assisted carrying suitcases to our room as there are many stairs and no lift. Location is excellent, close to many options to eat out. Hotel dinner for the Pantiles Jazz night was delicious. Paid parking was easy and close by.
