The place was spotless, the owner and staff were really friendly. Nice outside area at the rear and the breakfast was lovely. I stayed in a single room which was a bit snug but well laid out and the bed was really comfortable and the bedding was good quality.

Despite some poor reviews , I can only speak of my own experience. It's got "budget " in the title, set your expectations accordingly. Large bright room with an obviously recently refurbished ensuite . clean fresh bedding helpful staff.
