It was unfortunate that the night we stayed there was a problem in the kitchen hence no food was being served.
The rooms were spacious and bed was very comfortable. The thick winter duvet made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. (May).
The full English breakfast was good. Not sure about garlic butter on the sourdough bread!

The use of space in the apartment was innovative and the kitchen was well equipped. Great location (Except on a Saturday night as restaurant nearby was noisy) and St Neots great.

We visited for a family wedding at Bassmead Manor so didn’t eat out in St Neots. There were several shops, some small and independent which is good. We did notice great cafes for breakfast/lunch and a good footpath by the river for riverside walks. Steve’s Taxis provided excellent customer service to and from the venue at very reasonable prices.

Saint Neots is a lovely little village on a long river with boating and walking on offer in the area. The other advantage is it's proximity to Cambridge which is also beautiful. A wonderful place to visit.

Lovely hotel, great bar/restaurant overlooking a lake and golf course. Room was decorated light and modern and was spacious and clean and had the facilities you'd expect. (kettle, shampoo, shower gel) Loved the fact that they are focused on recycling.
Dinner menu was varied and the food was well presented and delicious!
Breakfast was buffet style with a selection of hot and cold food.
Majority of the staff couldn't have been more polite and helpful.
The location was perfect, walking distance to town.
Beautiful Park basically next door. Parking was great just in front of the apartment.
The host was very nice and checked up to make sure I had everything I needed. I arrived very late in the evening and was surprised to have coffee and tea as well as food at the apartment, it was certainly appreciated.
Overall, a great stay and I hope I get to go back soon.
Very considerate hosts.
We have stayed at the Waterfront before and made sure we booked again when seeing family in the area. The facilities are all you need with large comfy beds. What makes this place special though is the staff. They all smile and have a great demeanour when you need to ask for something or query something. This starts when you arrive with the receptionists and continues through your stay with the bar staff and kind people at Breakfast
The Eaton Oak was a lovely place to stay overnight ahead of a wedding. The staff were friendly and helpful - showing me to my room and informing me about breakfast/dinner and other facilities. The room was spacious, tidy, and well stocked. Despite being opposite a road I was able to sleep peacefully with no disruption.
The room and breakfast was rated good. We did not use the spa. The reception and restaurent service was good.
Locating the hotel was terrible, there were no dirrections
The location was ideal for us. Bang in the centre of town. The TV was large and the wifi was very fast. Nice and comfy furniture and the bed was very comfortable.
Fabulous location. Great outlook. Super convenient access to town amenities. Spacious and comfortable lounge with comprehensive entertainment for rainy days.
